We have successfully completed the acquisition of land for the construction of a project of approximately 480 housing units. On these 2.5-hectare plots in Central Bohemia, we will build apartments along with commercial premises for shops and other services. The development will also include plenty greenery with parks and leisure facilities. As part of the project preparations, a tender for the project architect was announced. The architect’s task will be to create a complete study for the development of not only our project, but the entire development area, including complete civic amenities. The project will offer housing of all categories, from small start-up flats to larger family flats and terraced houses.
