There is never enough good news these days. MARLO has managed to expand its portfolio with another successful acquisition of a project with a building permit. As a result, a total of 22 terraced houses will be built in Kutná Hora, the city of silver. The necessary revisions are now underway to ensure that everything is in line with modern trends and, above all, with the intention to build housing, as always, in a sustainable and self-sufficient standard. The expected start of construction at this point is this summer. We are looking forward to the new owners or tenants not only residing well in the new one, but also living well!
