MARLO's residential project in Mirovice has a new architect. Legner Görner architects, with whom we are continuing our almost fourteen-year cooperation, succeeded in the competitive tendering. This has so far resulted in a total of nine completed projects, including ByTy Vítkov, the functionalist café Radost in the foyer of the eponymous community skyscraper, and a study of the V Jirchářích apartment building.
Tomáš Legner and Matěj Görner and their team focus primarily on residential development projects, public spaces and civic amenity buildings. In all of these areas, we are convinced of their superior know-how, which can be proven by their prestigious cooperation with Eva Jiřičná and her studio A.I. design or with the New York office of Diller Scofidio Renfro. An important agenda of Legner Görner architects is also theoretical and publishing activity, which is connected with regular participation in professional conferences. Thanks to this, we can be sure that future tenants will not only reside well in Mirovice, but also live well.
