We acquired the project at the end of the financial crisis in 2008. After a comprehensive analysis of the project, we decided for a complete overhaul so as to create a new design. We opted for higher efficiency in construction costs and better quality architecture, including the dispositions of all spaces. In this project, we value the creation of a functional ground floor with interesting bistros, cafés, farmers’ shops, a grocery store, wellness and fitness centers, a personal development center and other services not only for residents, but also people from the surrounding area. In addition, the project was designed and implemented with an emphasis on the symbiosis of housing and greenery in the form of roof gardens, trees embedded into the facade, facade creeping plants and a hornbeam alley on the ground floor with a view of the local water spiral.
