The Krásná Hůrka project is located in close proximity to the B metro station. This location offers its inhabitants excellent civic amenities and great transport accessibility. We have been with the Krásná Hůrka project from the very beginning. Under our leadership, the project was modified mainly in regard to its layout and facade, but also functional solution. In the whole complex, 250 housing units and 1.000 m2 of commercial space – shops, restaurants – were created. The project offers apartments in categories from 1 + kk to 4 + kk. At the request of clients, several apartments were merged as well. Of course, there are also many parking spaces. The project was groundbreaking in terms of both implementation and our sales strategy and marketing.
