We have expanded our portfolio with another plot of land for residential housing in the Central Bohemian Region. We are preparing an intimate housing project with a capacity of 35 units on a plot of 2.500 m2. It is a plot of land adjacent to a village center which appropriately complements the existing development. The project will create an ideal and comfortable place to live that meets all the requirements of modern living. The land is easily accessible and only 45 minutes from Prague.
As part of the project preparations, a tender for the project’s architect was announced. Mr. Tomáš Irber was chosen as the architect.
